Contract
Agreement made this  ___   day of ___ , ____, between Apollo, herein referred to as the Speaker and  ___ , herein referred to as the Contractor.

    

The parties to this agreement, in consideration of the mutual covenants and stipulations set out, agree as follows:  

A.    The Speaker has been engaged to speak individually or present at a conference of the contractor on ___ for the total sum of      . This fee covers fees, lodging, and expenses.  Arrival will be on  ___ at the ___ Airport.

B.    The Speaker will provide the Contractor, ___, at phone ___, notification of arrival details at least 24 hours in advance.

C.   The Contractor will make arrangements to provide transportation from and to the airport

indicated unless otherwise specified herein.

D.  Payment will be made to the Speaker on the day of performance with a Certified Check.  Cash payments are not allowed.

E.   The Speaker will furnish the following advertising and promotional material for Contractor duplication and distribution to the extent indicated as electronic .BMP or .JPG files

a.    Electronic Pictures      

b.   Electronic Flyers suitable for posting or advertising      

F.    Sales of souvenir booklets, recording, or other merchandise will be the responsibility of the ___ (Speaker or Contractor; specify items and proceeds or Not Applicable).

G.  The Contractor is responsible to provide general sound and audio visual equipment.  Specific needs are listed herein      

H.  Any royalty fees for the Speaker, his staff, or representatives which may be required in addition to the total fees stated above are not the responsibility of the Contractor.

I.      The Speaker shall not be responsible for any of the obligations stated in this contract when prevented from doing so by an Act of God or any other legitimate conditions beyond his control.

J.   Any additions or deletions in this contract and its riders must be initialed and dated by both parties

K.    The undersigned hereby warrant that they are fully qualified and authorized to execute the terms of this contract.

Section I: Instrument as Entire Agreement

 

This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties, and no statements, promises or inducements made by either party or agent of either party that are not contained in this contract shall be valid or binding; this contract may not be enlarged, modified or altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed on this agreement.

 

Section II: Effect of Agreement

 

This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the heirs, executors, assignees and successors of the respective parties.
